Terms and Conditions for Summer Limited Edition Sessions:

1. Session Details:

- Each set will be a 15-20 minute and will produce up to 30 edited images per set

- Hair and makeup services are not included in the base price unless specifically paid for at the additional cost of $99.

- When four sets are purchased together, the total price includes complimentary hair and makeup services.

2. Special Pricing:

- Special pricing for limited edition sets is exclusively applicable to these specific sessions and cannot be utilized for regular sessions.

- Offers, specials, or sales cannot be combined with the pricing for summer limited edition sets.

3. Session Availability:

- Sessions will only be conducted during the months of June and July.

- The assigned photographer for your session will be either Sarah or Tanya, based on availability.

4. Pricing and Products:

- The cost for each set is $49, covering the session only; products such as prints or digital files are not included.

- Products, including prints and digital files, can be purchased separately starting at $699.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:

- Rescheduling requests are subject to limited availability due to the nature of the sessions. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests.

- Notice of any rescheduling must be provided at least 7 days before the scheduled session.

- No-shows and cancellations made within 48 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.

- No-shows will incur an additional charge of $200 to cover incurred fees.

-Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your session. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or cancel your session.
